Terms and Conditions 

 

Ne-pala Tour and Trekking is UK based tour agent registered for England and Wales (Company number 8227177). We are firmly committed to provide the best professional service at fair price. We accept your holiday booking under the following terms and conditions.

 

Ne-pala Tour and Trekking is a UK based agency, we work with Nepal Government registered, fully financially protected tour and trekking operator in Nepal. You can book your holiday with just 20% deposit in advance. Rest of the payment can be made to our representative company once you reach Nepal. 20% advance deposit payment is not refundable.

 

We accept your last minute booking (a week prior to your actual tour departure date). Flight and tour is subject to availability.

 

If a customer wants to postpone the trip, written notification is to be sent before 15 days from trip departure date.

 

To cancel your holiday tour which you have already booked, a written notification is needed either in written documents or by an email. However, 20% advance deposit is not refundable. Rest of the money will be reimbursed in your account.

 

Cancellation of flight or delay is predictable in the mountain mainly in Everest, Annapurna, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region. In case of delay or cancellation of flight due to weather constraints, Ne-pala will not be responsible for extra cost incurred, for example for food and accommodation.

 

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, conflict, strike, unfavorable weather, Ne-pala Tour can cancel your holiday trip. In this occasion, we would arrange you an alternative trip of a similar standard. If it does not suit your requirement, your money will be refunded. However, any extra expenses incurred while booking the trip, 20% advance deposit is not refundable.

 

Your personal possessions, luggage are at your risk at all times even during the trip. Company will not be accountable for any loss or damage of your personal belongings.

 

Travelers must have travel insurance package that covers medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc.

 

Nepal visa can be obtained at the entry point once you arrive in Nepal. You should have original passport available valid at least 6 months from the return date along with 2 passport sized photographs.
